So the police thought they could steal this guys gun over filming what public officals do in public places. Not a crime. BUT they stole his gun anyways and now they want to keep it. Theft. So Brain here has filed all of his own paperwork to file the criminal complaint. On the police. What happens net is in the video.
Clearly, the police cannot do this. The next thing this guy needs to do is hire a lawyer and sue the ROPD for taking his pistol without just cause and refusing to return it.
You have to follow the numbers with these jerks. And the law is the only thing that will keep them in line. It is not a matter of them being "public servants". They must follow the law. ;)

He is going to sue but thats part of the problem. He shouldn't have to sue to get his legally owned property back. AS he stated every circumstance of theft / larceny has been met , hence his filing of the criminal complaint. We in the movement aren't fucking around. Many among us are doing all that we can to file civil and CRIMINAL complaints. Crooked cops gotta go. The age of blue privilege is over.
When I live in Chicago, a cop busted a bunch of us for putting graffiti on a wall. You know what they got him for? Making silencers and selling them to the Outfit (the mob). He was in WW II so is likely dead a long time now.
Even if they sent a cop to prison for that, which is a death sentence unless the segregate him and keep him out of the general population. It was a Federal crime so I would say they sent him to a country club. ;)
