I just saw it...and WOW!

This movie will wake people up. It might even equip them spiritually to first identify and then resist would-be tyrants and their sometimes eager goonsquads.

The only thing I can't figure out is why Time Warner ever allowed such a movie to be made? It doesn't exactly depict BIG MEDIA in a favorable light. In fact, it's damning as hell of the CNNs and FoxNewsChannels of this world. Got any theories? Subscribe to *Restore the Republic*

For one, nobody will be moved by this film. Second, it will be panned, and shit on by every media outlet.

Third, People are so fucking stupid that they'd never understand it, and just go to see it, because of the special effects.

This movie will do NOTHING for anyone, other than entertain them. The people of this country are so incredibly dead inside that to think of being anti-government, or patriotic is an affront to those who died on 9-11.

Terrorism is still one of those things that people don't understand. They'll see it, and think that it glorifies terrorism, NOT empowers people to change their worlds.

I promise you, this movie will be out of the theaters in less than a month.

Oh FUCKING PLEASE...

Those of us who read the graphic novel back in the 1980's, know what it was about. It's about a tortured guy who seeks revenge. Well, I guess if it were to REALLY move a bunch of potential V's, it would be people who are already in our prisons.

The people of this country, are inherently stupid when it comes to getting a message. They do absolutely nothing when it comes to their fellow citizen being assrammed by the government. All those people who are being sent to jail for not paying their taxes, are looked on with disdain, and with fear as well. The people of this country are stupified. They're lazy, and worse, fearful of anything that draws attention to them.

If you had a big name football star, or actor preach to the high heavens against the government and asked the people to rise up, they'd do absolutely nothing.

There is and will never be a second American Revolution because the people simply are too fucking stupid, and too complicit in the tyranny that will soon make current events look like a tea party.

You can better goddamn well believe that NOBODY will be moved to action, and the crackpots who do, will be labeled as nuts, terrorists, or worse, and more importantly, informed on by their fellow citizens. You are so completely delusional to think that this movie is going to bring change. If it does, it will be so long term that by the time change gets here it will already be far too late.

I do not underestimate the stupidity of the American People. After all, the government BANKS ON IT, TRADES ON IT, TEACHES IT, REWARDS IT, AND ENFORCES MASS STUPIDITY TO ENSURE ITS POWER.
