Over four thousand activists with torches forming a peace symbol on Heroes’ Square in central Budapest yesterday during a rally to demand the end of the US occupation of Iraq on the third anniversary of the US invasion.

I noticed that the evening news used the word "hundreds" to describe the size of the protest crowds. Also they neglected to mention how many cities held protests across the globe.

The reported #s are always disputed, but there is a clear effort to downplay these protests.
