I have to think that some of that crew does a lot more harm than good. You don't need to preach to angry, bitter, white, fundie Christian males with an exaggerated sense of victimhood -- the only people who give Becky, Ghost, RussCon, etc the time of day. But intelligent moderates, the people outside the 20% - 25% lunatic fringe, are really turned off by these types of guys. I say 20% to 25% instead of 33% because there is a demographic, dumb as a rock, that will support government policy no matter what.
