I saw George H.W. Bush give a speech in southern Illinois in early 1980 when he was campaigning for the Republican presidential nomination. His spiel was the usual campaign stump speech, with nothing memorable. However, after the speech, a young student at Southern Illinois University politely asked him about his role in the Trilateral Commission. Bush became unglued, shouting angrily about how people were always hassling him about that connection. Maybe Bush was just having a bad day but I was stunned by his reaction. Reagan thrashed him in the Illinois primary, carrying conservative-leaning areas in southern Illinois by huge margins. Bush’s Establishment style utterly failed to resonate in that part of the state. I have been vigorously criticizing George H.W. Bush’s policies & career for decades. Here’s a 1991 C-SPAN interview where I flogged his nitwit trade policies.

It's really difficult to overcome the accolades and propaganda associated with this Ogre's death, and the outrageous number of hypocrites willing to lavish praise upon him. It's a mortal sin that the media types are afraid to out the pedophile and murdering scumbag that surely was involved in murdering JFK in order to overturn an election of the American people.

It's not so hard to understand the people lining up to wave good bye to the stiff as the train roars towards hell carrying the most deserving evil doer in history to have resided in America, since those folks have been lied to continuously by the media.

I used to think the Russians were the most misled people on earth but have reevaluated that and determined I was under some sort of mind control.

Fuck Bush and his entire family they are a disgraceful stain on America.

Panem et circenses….the Romans would applaud at the way our mortal leaders are deified as they lie on the bier.

The days of the republic are over. It was an Imperial funeral for sure.

We get unending solemn panegyrics over the catafalque. All that's missing are the clouds of incense and a following crowd of wailing mourners on the road to the final festivities. (Blabbering journalists will have to do.)

They should do it up right and have a public cremation with cedar logs and the ashes immured in the city walls or something like.

That might brighten up such otherwise dull proceedings. Ya think?

A few slaves immolated with the deceased is always a nice touch.

A few slaves immolated with the deceased

I think that's a custom that was faithfully observed at royal Viking funerals if I am not mistaken.

If I remember rightly, a young wife was supposed to accompany the deceased on the flaming ship out to sea also.

Some people knew how to stoke up the drama as far as last rites were concerned, that's for sure. I'll bet the hangovers the next day were monumental.
