She tells the news station that Asah was charged with theft and disorderly conduct. When I was a kid in High School there was this coin pay phone. It was the older style with the 3 coin slots. Someone figured out that if you slid a plastic strip into the dime slot you could put pennies into the nickel slot and it would register as a dime. That is why now of you find a pay phone it only has one coin slot. No more cheating. LOL
