I include red cabbage in my fermented vegetables along with beets, an apple, kale, spinach, garlic, carrots and ginger with a good probiotic. I also take 32 ounces of blendered vegetable juice twice a day. This is about 16 ounces of filtered water, a mixture of vegetable protein powders which include chia seeds and hemp for their essential fatty acids. I just started this diet on 12-7-2018 and lost 14 pounds as of my last weigh in. I weigh myself every Friday. I have also have begun to reduce my edema. My doctor was incapable of prescribing me anything to reduce my edema. He has been prescribing drugs for blood pressure that I did not need but were loaded with side effects. I am interested in the reduction of inflammation. This video is very beneficial. Just got to the part about TBI (traumatic brain injury). Great. What about autism? Some researchers have said they can help people with TBI and autism by reducing gut and brain inflammation though they are combining this with Hypebaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT.) I had been thinking of sprouting broccoli but there is currently a limit on my finances. I found broccoli seeds for sprouting for one pound $12.93 and $58.58 for 5 pounds. https://www.azurestandard.com Never did business with these people but I had heard of them. Anyone have a better price or vendor? Does anyone know how much sprout is produced per seed? 10 times, 20 times? I had heard that if you raise these seeds in a medium of worm castings and peat moss, harvest after 10 days. If you sprout without nutrients, then harvest on day 2 to maximize nutrient density.
