This is nothing new. Back in the late 90's, I learned that it was easy for a student (high school, college) to buy a term paper, or what ever. My children showed me an address that all you had to due was tell the person what subject and enclose a money order made to cash, two weeks and the paper was in your hands. It all blew up when two students gave the same paper to the same teacher.
I really wouldn't have a problem with degrees in humanities, political science, or grievance studies being handed out like fliers for discount furniture outlets, but eventually the entire institution becomes compromised. Would you want to drive over a bridge designed by an engineer who was awarded contract as reparations deal?
