This is nothing new. Back in the late 90's, I learned that it was easy for a student (high school, college) to buy a term paper, or what ever. My children showed me an address that all you had to due was tell the person what subject and enclose a money order made to cash, two weeks and the paper was in your hands. It all blew up when two students gave the same paper to the same teacher.

I really wouldn't have a problem with degrees in humanities, political science, or grievance studies being handed out like fliers for discount furniture outlets, but eventually the entire institution becomes compromised.

Would you want to drive over a bridge designed by an engineer who was awarded contract as reparations deal?

“I am not one of those weak-spirited, sappy Americans who want to be liked by all the people around them. I don’t care if people hate my guts; I assume most of them do. The important question is whether they are in a position to do anything about it. My affections, being concentrated over a few people, are not spread all over Hell in a vile attempt to placate sulky, worthless shits.” - William S Burroughs
