The crime of being too white in a no-white zone,and the crime of having the only set of keys to the cash box.

The fact that he is in his 80's now and too feeble to protect himself made it a no-brainer.

The following article suggests that Dees was fired over "workplace misconduct". If that is true it seems to validate what has been told about him being a pervert. ;)
