Armed Mexican troops disarmed two United States soldiers while they were on the American side of the border, U.S. defense officials have said.

U.S. Northern Command said in a statement that "five to six Mexican military personnel questioned two U.S. Army soldiers who were conducting border support operations" this month. The U.S. soldiers were in an unmarked Customs and Border Protection [CBP] vehicle near the southwest border near Clint, Texas.

Officials confirmed that the Mexican troops were armed with what seemed to be rifles. They raised their weapons when they saw the two U.S. soldiers, and then took a pistol from one and put it in the CBP vehicle. According to officials talking to CNN, the two Americans obliged "in an attempt to de-escalate a potential volatile situation." "Throughout the incident, the U.S. soldiers followed all established procedures and protocols," the statement said. The two U.S. troops were on the south side of the security perimeter but north of the Rio Grande and thus were in the U.S., according side American territory, it added.

Pentagon and Department of Homeland Security officials demanded an explanation from the Mexican government. "An inquiry by CBP and DOD [Department of Defense] revealed that the Mexican military members believed that the US Army soldiers were south of the border," the statement said.

"Though they were south of the border fence, U.S. soldiers remained in U.S. territory, north of the actual border."

Aztlanish Word of the Day: colonia - colony

Colonias can be found in each U.S. state on the Mexican border: Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. Residents are mostly Hispanic ; In New Mexico, about 150 colonias have qualified for [US.gov] colonia-funding sources such as HUD [U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development], U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), etc. [wikipedia Ref. ; + referential context @ Paragraph 1 of the Newsweek report sourced below]

4-19-19: MEXICAN SOLDIERS QUESTION, DISARM TWO U.S. ARMY TROOPS IN APPARENT CONFUSION ABOUT BORDER LOCATION, INCIDENT DOCUMENTS REVEAL | newsweek.com | + Google Earth Map pic w/U.S. location of the incident

Excerpts:

Two U.S. Army soldiers sat in an unmarked Chevrolet Tahoe owned by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on the west side of an El Paso County, Texas, colonia known as Las Pampas.

It was April 13, and the Army sergeant and private had set up a hasty observation post north of the Rio Grande but south of the border fence in U.S. territory. ... At roughly 2 p.m. local time, the soldiers observed five to six individuals dressed in green pixelated military camouflage uniforms and carrying weapons, which appeared to be the FX-05 Xiuhcoatl, an assault rifle designed and built for the Mexican armed forces.

The armed men swiftly approached the U.S. service members, crossing over from the Mexican side of the Rio Grande into U.S. territory and ordering the soldiers out of their vehicle at gunpoint. ... Mexican military members briefly detained and held at gunpoint the U.S. soldiers after believing they were in Mexican territory, when in fact the Mexican military had unknowingly crossed into U.S. territory.

Speaking in Spanish, the Mexican soldiers instructed the sergeant and the private to move to the front of their vehicle, where they were [searched,] according to the incident report. The sergeant’s service pistol, [a] Beretta M9, was removed from his hip [holster?] by the soldiers and thrown inside the U.S. government vehicle.

The U.S. soldiers reported they did not see “any identifiable seals or symbols” on the Mexicans' vehicle and “could not identify any patches or name tapes on the uniform except for the Mexican flags.”

After the encounter, the service members notified CBP by service radio. CBP agents responded to their location roughly 10 to 12 minutes after the incident, according to the report.

Throughout the incident, the U.S. soldiers followed all established procedures and protocols, the statement said.

The U.S. service members reported hearing someone from the south side yell vámonos ["Let's go."] in Spanish. The Mexican soldiers went back to their vehicle, described as a “dark blue Ford pickup truck with a tactical rack in the back.” The Ford pickup [left] the area, heading westbound on the Mexican levee.

Once on-site, the CBP agents backtracked the footprints of the Mexican military members and determined the individuals entered U.S. territory about 50 feet north of the Rio Grande, the report said.

4-20-19: Armed Mexican soldiers detain, disarm US soldiers on Texas side of the border | theblaze.com | Excerpts:

In a shocking incident that happened earlier this month, United States military commanders say a small group of armed Mexican soldiers briefly detained a pair of U.S. soldiers who were conducting a routine surveillance mission.

What's worse: The U.S. soldiers were sitting on the Texas-side of the border when the incident occurred.

During the incident, the Mexican soldiers, who were armed with high-powered assault rifles, ordered the U.S. soldiers — one sergeant and a private — out of the unmarked vehicle, pointed their firearms at the U.S. personnel, and briefly detained them.

The Army sergeant, who was armed with his service pistol, was even disarmed, an incident report said.

To make matters worse, both the uniforms of the Mexican soldiers and their truck were not marked with "identifiable seals or symbols."

"Though they were south of the border fence, U.S. soldiers remained in U.S. territory, north of the actual border," the statement explained.

4-22-19: Suspicious details in that incident where U.S. soldiers were disarmed by Mexican troops on the U.S. side of the border | Excerpts:

A couple days ago, Mexican troops reportedly came over into U.S. territory near El Paso in an unmarked vehicle on April 13, and disarmed the U.S. soldiers on the U.S. side, sent by President Trump to support U.S. border protection operations. Weirdly, they took [a] U.S. [soldier's weapon] they'd confiscated, and then placed [it] into the [U.S.] soldiers' own [vehicle] and left.

Did they do that pointless exercise to show who was boss in those parts? It's hard to say.

That's an egregious violation of U.S. territory and under most circumstances would have been grounds for firing back. The report said the soldiers followed procedures, however, recognizing that there wasn't a war on, and allowed the Mexicans to disarm them to prevent an escalation. No foul on their part. That said, the facts are now out: The Mexicans were in the wrong, they were invading our territory, witting or not,

The Mexicans would have had to have crossed a river [the Rio Grande] to get to where they could intercept a U.S. soldier and it's quite unlikely you could cross a river, even a shallow one, without knowing it. ... But there's also an argument to be made that the brush itself would make the river's location knowable just by observation, and even more so with basic soldier compass skills. At a minimum, the Mexicans didn't have those [compass skills], which is an embarrassment on top of a blunder.

based on what's known now, it appears that Mexican soldiers did indeed cross a river, or perhaps something muddy enough, and then claimed they thought they were lost.

I suspect something else might have been going on - the Mexicans were testing whether President Trump's troops might fight at the border in response to an alien invasion or other provocation, or de-escalate, which is what happened. It may have been that they wanted that intelligence as massive caravans make their way through Mexico to the Texas border.

Even more disturbing, the question is worth asking if the characters in the unmarked [vehicle] who disarmed the U.S. troops really were Mexican troops - smugglers controlled by Mexico's cartels are very organized these days. Could they have been testing the troops.

We know the border is lawless and illegal immigrants are getting in. Now we are seeing Mexican troops getting in, too. What exactly is going on?

4-24-19: Trump: Mexican troops pulled guns on US soldiers as 'diversionary tactic for drug smugglers' | washingtonexaminer.com | Excerpts:

President Trump cautioned that Mexico “better not” detain and disarm U.S. troops again, referring to a recent incident in which Mexican soldiers disarmed U.S. troops on American soil.

“Mexico’s Soldiers recently pulled guns on our National Guard Soldiers, probably as a diversionary tactic for drug smugglers on the Border,” Trump tweeted Wednesday. “Better not happen again! We are now sending ARMED SOLDIERS to the Border. Mexico is not doing nearly enough in apprehending & returning!”

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 24, 2019 [twitter.com]

American troops sent to the U.S.-Mexico border are required to undergo training to prepare for hazardous situations they may encounter, but there is no official protocol for handling encounters with a foreign military, senior defense official from Northern Command, or USNORTHCOM, said.

The official claimed the incident was unprecedented and said the Pentagon is looking closer at the standoff to "help us modify any instructions that we're giving the troops.”

"This is the first incident that we're aware of that the two militaries came together," the official told the Washington Examiner.

Posse Comitatus Act - Wikipedia

This law is often relied upon to prevent the Department of Defense from interfering in domestic law enforcement.[6]

The Enforcement Acts, among other powers, allow the president to call up military forces when state authorities are either unable or unwilling to suppress violence that is in opposition to the constitutional rights of the people.[5]

Commiecrats are deceiving Americans about the Posse Comitatus Act, which does not restrict our National Guards or our Regular Military Forces (and their NG Joint-Task Forces) from stopping invasions of our country. The invaders don't even have to be armed or suspected to be armed for the Military to actively stop their invasions. That isn't really a "law enforcement" issue at all or the police would have to be ordered to do that job and all of their other duties, as well. What's even more ridiculous and abhorrent is that it's largely due, primarily, to decades of law enforcement not doing their duties willfully and properly that the invaders have been massively invading our country for so long and still are; but more and more blatantly now because of those years and years of abject neglect and refusals by the police to apprehend them and their cohorts, compounded by the traitorous politicians who made that happen by their "sanctuary" schemings, etc. Those are the illegal orders that the police and border patrols should have refused in protest to obey but too many evidently didn't, nor did they even formally file charges of treason, afaik, to try and stop those "politician" saboteurs.

And that's precisely why it's a very good thing that our Founding Fathers established a National Security system of Defense for America and Americans which doubly ensures the right to be thoroughly defended from invasions and secured -- by both the U.S. Military and the Militias of the States. That is never really subject to the approvals or denials of corrupt and negligent "politicians" or their leagues of so-called "public servant" accomplices and various other accomplices who've insidiously orchestrated and advanced the invasion disaster all along and should have been apprehended at the onset of their alien invasion movements.

So, those Posse Comitatus figments of legislational imagineerings are mainly being used to shield corrupted politicians and their culprits from Military arrest. That's why those writings are obviously invalid and dismissable as inapplicable "barrier" mirages to supposedly "prohibit" our Military from doing that duty. It's as if the lawsmiths at the time thought America wasn't allowed to have a powerful Military here after the "Civil War" and "Reconstruction", except to go police the world and its resources for the Globalist Mafia. Which highlights why the Military's job at all times certainly is National Security Defense by the non-expirational standing orders of our Founders (which they encoded into the very first sentence of our Constitution's Preamble as their regular/Common Defense duties here of foremost importance) -- definitely not subservience to departments of border patrol and law enforcement as marginal support-assistants, if ever "requested" by D.C. channels of modern era communications at presto speed to protect America from invasion (if there happens to be any such patriotic "deplorables" who can still be found in that city), then "permitted" to do so by the gov-opponents of National-border Security and the George Soros "Open Society of Open Borders" minions. Pearl Harbor is a catastrophic example of casualties lost because D.C. inexplicably didn't communicatively alert them, as they very easily could have and should have with urgent immediacy, about probable invasion forces in their vicinity.

The Mexican Military reportedly just imposed their version of Martial Law-level enforcers here in the U.S. as a show of force or a diversion or both, then called it unintentional so that they could leave unobstructed -- without being detained themselves or maybe having to move faster than an armed U.S. helicopter dispatched to flatten their truck-tires if it happened to be parked on our side of the border, for instance. This incursion is a clear and very serious example of why the D.C. Congressionals who aren't Commiecrats (or their servants) ought to start moving now to enact Martial Law along our border with Mexico -- before that government facilitates any more invading forces and "caravan" barrages towards the US of A, the migrant assemblies of which are automatically being bizarrely rewarded with years of pseudo-asylum quarters and benefits here with absolutely no judicious determinations rendered on the validity or not of their "refugee" claims because: They have overwhelmed that part of our civilian court system to the point of dysfunction. And that is indeed the indisputably lawful grounds of necessity for declaring regional Martial Law here within America's jurisdiction, to be administered Militarily until our borders are secured and the courts thereof are then reasonably able to resume their assigned purpose as border control officials.

It doesn't matter if the civilian courts were deliberately caused to malfunction or not, or if it was mostly the fault of ignoramus legislators here. And it doesn't matter, either, if we aren't in a militarized war south of the border; nor does it matter where we are at war elsewhere. The fact that the courts have failed to stop America from being flooded to the breaking point with the world's migrants is more than enough reason to implement Martial Law countermeasures and deportation proceedings too. It doesn't matter if Congress didn't "approve" funds for such an emergent situation or if they didn't expect U.S. Military intervention would be required here to correct the problems. They are the Military of We the Constitutionalist American People, not the privatized Military of "We the voting Congresspersons" and Communistas. America's Military is expected to be well-provisioned and always at the ready with the strength in numbers and the means to fully do their guard duties here for their country whenever needed.

There is no authorization whatsoever in the Constitution for any of its enemies to be employed in our government offices. In fact, maneuvering there to undermine our nation's rightful protection by America's Armed Forces isn't simply a Freedom of Expression issue but an Oath of Office violation and criminal endangerment in the range of sabotage. Commiecrats should be arrested, not paid by our taxes, for their obstructions of Constitutional government and hazardous-waste damages; such as their "Kissinger-styled Chickenhawk Economics", as if it would be cost-effectively "cheep-cheep cheaper" for U.N. "Peacekeepers" to replace our Military guards here, so that they'd be "freer" for further "outsourcing" consignments to security duties anywhere but here: training sessions, moving-target combat and so on for the profiteering benefit of the Warbucks Empire and its construction project "investments" in foreign locations -- like their recyclings of Lenin's failed War Communism that was a managerial-monstrosity: permanently ongoing resource plunderings, deprivations of feudalistic State-Serfdomhood, starvation rations for the working serfs and their dependants that can become serfs too, less rations maybe for others unable to work, oppressive Totalitarian-controllers, incarceration or worse to severely punish objectors, wars fought because the Totalitarians want places to be depopulated. ...

More about War Communism later, maybe, in a separate post.
