Dead Constitution See other Dead Constitution Articles Title: NAZI GERMANY RE-INVENTED Being in Laredo, I was away from my computer and had no ability to listen to anything other than mainstream media outlets. [The U.S. has passed laws making it legal to propagandize Americans which is another breach of their fiduciary obligation to insure the people's freedom and provide a transparent government (The people fund it and are entitled to transparency). Social media platforms and their ability to manipulate our lives is enough to make anyone that's aware sick to their stomach. Privacy for privacy's sake is our right. These social media invaders are in our homes, sitting at the kitchen table, sleeping in your bedroom and hiding in the fridge ! This is outrageous snooping. (And it seems to me that the morality of the country is being coaxed towards an anything goes with respect to making everything normal behavior so that people operating a deviant lifestyle won't have to worry about what they put on the internet if it has become socially acceptable, and will continue to support the ever increasing spy network. I think a class action lawsuit against the huge corporations that own these platforms needs to include the government and seek a solution to this problem: How can the government give permission to a corporation to do what the government cannot ? 1st, The people are agreeing to the terms of use without reading them because they are filled with legalese and nonsense that would take days to read so they simply sign them without understanding how invasive and threatening they are. These so-called contracts for service are far above the comprehension of the people signing them and should be considered null and void since they are agreed to without full knowledge by both parties. 2nd, Banning people from what has become the town square or primary medium being utilized for sharing their opinions and views is a violation of free speech being conducted by corporations that have to get government permission to exist. Our Constitution was written with consideration for the minority to be protected from the majority. It is not a pure democracy where 2 foxes and a chicken vote for what's for lunch. Certain principles were enlisted to ward off mob rule. When I read 1984 I thought it unimaginable that the govt would hide microphones in places to spy on citizens. The govt has given personhood to corporations and allows for them to do the spying, and most of these huge companies got their start up money from govt agencies (like the CIA) that have also obtained the spying technology from these corporations, (NSA). It looks to me that the system has swallowed up everyone that could stand up against this encroachment by corporations and government (Fascism). Lawyers (Like ACLU) are "licensed" (Bar Members) afraid to piss off the government when they know their cases will be heard by Judges that are also bar members and government agents. Without the ability to speak out and be heard regarding important issues is the beginning of the end of freedom. The world had operated this way for thousands of years before the United States was formed under the Constitution. I fear the Constitution has been usurped by Corporatism / Fascism. The Nazis didn't lose WW II they simply went underground and are running the show today.
