Excerpts:

For years advocates of amnesty and high levels of immigration have described the illegal alien population as one made up of "otherwise law-abiding" people who have committed no violation other than the simple act of crossing a border illegally or overstaying a visa.1 Journalists routinely invoke this language when writing about amnesty, conspicuously avoiding any discussion of the various crimes the average working illegal alien commits. Many politicians have also embraced the myth of the otherwise law-abiding illegal alien in an effort to promote amnesty, arguing that illegal aliens are no threat to the United States.2

But the average illegal alien violates numerous statutes, often creating real victims.

This [report] details the many statutes the average illegal alien who is simply "here to work" may be violating. The violations include laws involving the entry, presence, and travel of illegal aliens as well as laws related to employment such as perjury and identity theft. Examples of oft-violated but under-enforced laws include:

False Personation of a U.S. Citizen (18 U.S.C. § 911). Illegal aliens often present themselves as U.S. citizens, an act punishable by up to five years in jail, a felony. This law is often cited in immigration prosecutions and may involve, for example, an alien claiming U.S. citizenship to his employer.

Fraud and False Statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001). It is common for illegal aliens to make false statements to the government or on official documents. An illegal alien violates this law when claiming to be a U.S. citizen on an I-9 Employment Eligibility form and faces a fine and up to five years imprisonment.

Social Security Fraud (42 U.S.C. § 408). This statute has been invoked where an illegal alien provided a false Social Security number for the purpose of acquiring a job, where an illegal alien used a fraudulent Social Security number for the purpose of acquiring a driver's license, and when an illegal alien used a Social Security card belonging to a citizen in order to obtain Section 8 housing, for example. Violation of this statute can result in a fine and/or imprisonment up to five years. The court can also require violators to provide restitution to the victims.

This [report] does not address crimes of violence, property crimes like vandalism, or other acts like gang activity and drunk driving. The focus is on statutes that come into play when a person enters the country illegally or overstays a visa and becomes employed.
>
The original application for the DACA amnesty did require applicants to list the Social Security numbers they had previously used; after amnesty advocates complained, the Obama administration removed the requirement, leaving the American victims — the true owners of the numbers — completely in the dark as to the crimes committed against them.11 Real victims have been created yet amnesty gives these violations a pass, putting the interests of the illegal alien before the interests of the U.S. citizen. This is a fact rarely addressed by amnesty advocates or journalists who perpetuate the myth of the otherwise law-abiding illegal alien.

It is important to remember that, ultimately, an amnesty is [Note: Unconstitutional and] a free pass not only for the basic immigration violations, but also a free pass for many other crimes committed during the alien's stay in the United States.
>
Discussion

The statutes below are grouped into four different sections. Section I focuses on laws involving the entry, presence, and travel of illegal aliens. Section II focuses on laws employed illegal aliens may be violating, including identity theft laws. Section III lists additional document laws that illegal aliens often violate. Finally, Section IV lists miscellaneous laws and addresses the issue of state law.

While the list below may seem lengthy, it is only a sampling of the statutes an average illegal alien may be violating. It is not to be interpreted as a comprehensive list. ...

Cross-referencing 4um Title: "Undocumented Immigrant" Is a Made-Up Term That Ignores the Law

Illegal alien is the correct legal term that should be used.

“Undocumented immigrant” is a politically correct, made-up term adopted by pro-illegal alien advocacy groups and liberal media outlets to obscure the fact that such aliens have violated U.S. immigration law and are in the country illegally.

This is not a law. It is a conflict of Immigration Law and has long been putting the safety of migrant children at risk:

Reno v. Flores - Wikipedia Ref.

On January 28, 1997, during the administration of President Bill Clinton, the parties agreed to a consent decree regarding immigration detention standards for children and in which the government agreed to keep children in the least restrictive setting possible and to ensure the prompt release of children from immigration detention. The settlement is officially called the Flores v. Reno Settlement Agreement ... officially abbreviated as the Flores Agreement. It is also unofficially referred to as the Flores Settlement and as the Flores v. Reno Agreement. ... On July 24, 2015, U.S. District Judge Dolly M. Gee of the Central District of California found that the consent decree applied equally to accompanied and unaccompanied minors and that immigration officials violated the consent decree by refusing to release accompanied minors held in a family detention facility. The court ordered the release of 1700 families that were not flight risks. The government said an average of 20 days was required for adjudication of "credible fear" and "reasonable fear" claims, among the grounds for asylum in the United States, and on August 21, 2015 Judge Gee clarified the "without unnecessary delay" and "promptly" language in the Flores settlement, ruling that holding parents and children for up to 20 days "may fall within the parameters" of the settlement.

Twenty days is no longer an average estimate to process asylum claims properly because Central American migrants have been overwhelming the adjudication system, so they are being lawlessly released with court dates set for years later that many defy. That is grounds for Martial Law at our borders and no contrived "policy agreement" has the power to supersede our Immigration Laws.

Yes, they are Crimmigrants and there is even a TV show on TLC/"The Learning Channel" called 90 Day Fiancé that assists some of them to commit Green Card Marriage Fraud as a way to stay here without being deported for that after they divorce the American they deceived or involved as an accomplice.

Excerpts from the Wikipedia link:

90 Day Fiancé is an American documentary series/reality tv servies on TLC that follows couples who have applied for or received a K-1 visa (available uniquely to foreign fiancés of American citizens) and therefore have 90 days to decide to marry before the visas of the foreign half of the couple expire and they must leave the United States. It debuted on January 12, 2014.

First, the petitioner must meet the beneficiary inside or outside the USA and then file a I-129F petition with evidence of meeting and of a relationship. After the petition is approved, the petitioner must pass biometrics and then the process is sent to the foreign embassy of the beneficiary. The beneficiary then files for a visa, before or after passing the medical requirements and is called for an interview. The beneficiary must prove that they meet the requirements of the visa including strong evidence of meeting and a valid relationship. The foreign fiancé travels to the States to live with his or her prospective American spouse. The couple must marry within 90 days, otherwise the beneficiary must leave the country. The couple may face language barriers, culture shock, the stigma of being thought of as a "mail-order bride" [or a "mail-order husband"] as well as skepticism of friends and family.

This is a comment at the YouTube link:

In Toronto "Cuba North" all of my disappearing ex's friends who conned their way into Canada w marriage fraud are now crossing the border #CBSA as visitors to work and live illegally in the States. Mostly to Florida with no US Citizenship status.

Was going to post about all of that at a Visa topic eventually and now, because of your comment, that work project is mostly completed for archiving there whenever. : )

I know this Russian babe who is using me as her fiancée so she can get her inheritance. She is telling them I am unable to travel, which of course is true. Still not sure what is going on over there. She said she would teach me Russian. ;)

I hope you're joking. If not, why would you even want to risk possible arrest for Fraud Complicity and maybe Identity Theft too when your web browser could more easily help you study translations of English words into Russian and many other languages?; or just find a book at the library where you might also meet a nice Librarian. Do you think your "Strawman Account" could bail you out of trouble here and internationally if the Russians or other foreign governments wanted to extradite you as a suspect in crimes she might be trying to frame you with?
