The facts remain that corporations exist at the pleasure of the State. Therefore, they owe a tax on that privilege. Individuals, on the other hand, are live humans and are not taxable, unless you consider the Straw Man which is designated by the ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME. This Straw Man is a fiction of law, and as such it can be taxed. I'll go one further and suggest mandatory birth control unless and until people can demonstrate a societal need for them to procreate.
