Ridership declines every year. I wonder why after watching this.
Metro here, from top to bottom, is a full-employment act for otherwise unemployable nogs. Bus windows have tinting so dark that it would be illegal on a private vehicle so no one can see all the vacant seats as the huge empty buses go about their business of destroying the city streets.
