One benefit of owning a house is that only .govs can "evict" a person through ever increasing property taxes or condemnation.

I think if I were him I would immediately form a political action group dedicated to forcing SF landlords to rent to "undocumented aliens" at government mandated prices.

The least that can happen is a bunch of millionaire pinhead leftists would have their heads explode as they ponder all the lost rent money they will never receive.

They talk the talk, make them walk the walk.

Then renounce citizenship to qualify as one.

I would imagine there are a lot of those pinhead leftists out there.

Have you seen the homeless encampments in California along the major interstates?

If this guy could not afford $8,000 per month rent then he needs to look in a lower rent district, like east L.A. ;)

If you fail to pay those R.E. taxes they will auction your property on the court house steps. ;)

What is not being said is that thanks to the high rentals and mortgage payments, none of those leftist millionaires and billionaires has black neighbors.

And they get a pass on living in all-white neighborhoods.

Then renounce citizenship to qualify as one.

And then claim to be trans-Hmong, just to f**k with them.

Unless you're syndicate, of course.

You can get a UHaul for like, $40/day.

Right, drive it until it runs out of gas, then throw open the rear cargo door and put on puppet shows.

On a rent/income ratio his monthly income should be about 24K. Insane rents there.
