"Buy your gas 3 gallons or so at a time so that the total always comes to $9.11. Money is a great idea - every one looks, briefly, at their cash. I am thinking of a cheap stamp, with the "Circle V" (V is for Vengence) symbol along with a website or two. Recommend doing just a few a day, as to hide the source.
