This hymn, despite popular misconception, is actually Greek [not Latin]- though its use is continued in the Latin/Roman Rite. The lyrics are translated and given above- the lyrics also are in the video.

"They're on our left, they're on our right, they're in front of us, they're behind us...they can't get away this time." -- Col. Puller, USMC
We wanted to express our feeling that what man was doing in this mission transcended electronics and computers and rockets, Aldrin told Guideposts magazine in 1970. One of the principal symbols, [the lead pastor of his church, Dean] Woodruff said, is that God reveals himself in the common elements of everyday life. Traditionally, these elements are bread and wine common foods in Bible days and typical products of mans labor.
Short clip ([in English] with [English] subtitles) showing Buzz Aldrin performing communion on the moon (from "Mare Tranquilitatis", Episode 6 of "From the Earth to the Moon" miniseries).
On July 20, 1969 astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin landed on the moon. Prior to taking their first steps on the lunar surface, Aldrin celebrated communion to honor the God who had made their journey possible. After returning to Earth he noted that the first liquid poured on the moon, and the first food ever eaten there, were the bread and wine of communion. The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable. ~ H. L. Mencken
