That is cheap. A house with 10 square feet more space sold for $2 million in Palo Alto, Ca. The property tax is a mere $2,080 a month.

Is every highly 'diverse' city a future Baltimore? I hope not, but it sometimes seems that's where it's going, speshly as the population fades to black in pigmentation.

Real estate at first go up and then way down as in the case of the Chicago south side after it went black. NYC real estate is already going down due to a recession.
