Different camera angles, but I don't see any differences.

noses are different, but could it have been broken in the first incident? [if there really was one]. ears DO look different. The flesh behind the ear is somewhat compressed in the left hand shot compared to the photo on the right, but I'll be damned if the cartilage pattern in the ears of each individual isn't significantly different.
