Heinrich Mueller, former Chief of Gestapo, escaped to Switzerland at the end of the war. U.S representatives went there in 1946 to interview him. They asked Mueller about Hitler. Mueller replied, "You could try Spain." Then he cautioned, "Maybe the Russians can go to Barcelona and ask Franco about him. They might end up buried in an orange grove." Then he told the Americans, "And if you went there you might end up in the next orange grove over."

They brought Mueller from Switzerland to the U.S., gave him a rank of Major in the U.S. Army and he played the piano for Harry Truman.

The reason Muller was brought here is because his specialty was Soviet counter-intelligence. And we all know where the Soviet Union is today.

The best source that I know of regarding the Nazi programs like Paperclip, Artichoke and others is Joseph Farrell. He's written about 30 books on the subject.

Thanks for that one Doug. There is so much disinformation going on out there it is not funny.

There is even a site that says Heinrich Mueller is buried in a Jewish cemetery in Berlin, when I know for a fact he escaped to Switzerland at the end of the war. I know this from reading the books by Gregory Douglas titled Gestapo Chief. ;)

I don't think we'll ever have the complete and honest story regarding Hitler, the Third Reich, or what became of these folks at the end of WWII. Modern science owes much to the Nazis and their scientists that we and others let off the hook for war crimes.

The Nazis were working on nuclear weapons too. And they had the first jet fighter.

They sent the plans (Me-282) for that to the Japs. After Japan surrendered, the Americans found a cave in the mountains where the Japs were working on the jet fighter.

If they had gotten it operational it might have changed the outcome of the war. The jet fighter had an operational ceiling where they could have intercepted the B-29's that carried the nukes.

BTW, the Saturn V rocket was 5 V-2s strapped together. I was watching more of the video about Nordhausen. ;)

You need to check out Joseph Farrell. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how much info he can throw at ya off the top of his head because he's so familiar with it.
