The recent charges against a Mexican and five Salvadorans - all illegal aliens - for a gang-related killing in suburban Baltimore County has highlighted the extent of the mass nonwhite of America over that nation’s southern border.

According to an overview of the case published by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), the charging of the six aliens “reveals two things: (1) MS-13 is spreading throughout a state in which they already have a major presence and (2) the county should have adopted a 287(g) policy when it had the chance more than two years ago.” (The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement 287(g) program “enhances the safety and security of communities by creating partnerships with state and local law enforcement agencies to identify and remove aliens who are amenable to removal from the United States.”)

The CIS report quoted from local NBC affiliate WBAL on the details of the case:

“According to investigators, the victim made a hand gesture associated with a certain gang, and a rival gang killed him because of that. Multiple people stabbed him multiple times. We know from the medical examiner that the trauma caused to his body was knife wounds,” Officer Jennifer Peach, of the Baltimore County Police Department, said. According to police charging documents, the weapons used were a machete and a smaller knife. Officials have identified all as MS-13 members in ICE gang databases.

The attackers have been identified as Hugo Portillo-Chavez, 31; Jonathan Escobar-Hernandez, Marlon Leonardo-Flores and Odaliz Rosa-Yanez, all 20; Jose Fausto Rivera-Coreas, 19; Edwin Edgardo Garcia-Martir, 18; and 16-year-old Alexander Velasquez-Hernandez, who is charged as an adult.

The CIS report added that the suspects followed Cuellar to a local laundromat and watched him there. As the victim was returning home, half of the suspects attacked him, and then fled in a car belonging to one of them. Interestingly: “On August 14, that car was stopped in Mississippi and everyone in the vehicle was taken into custody for reasons not related to the murder of Cuellar.”.........

Let's just say if 4 or 5 MS-13 gang members approach me in a threatening manner,it is not going to work out well for them.

Or any other gang members,AFATG's.

Like I explained to a group of 6 gangbangers that seemed to have their hearts set on ratpacking me outside a restaurant because I "convinced" one of them to give a waitress he had harassed to the point of crying a 20 dollar tip and an apology before I would allow him to leave. I then sat down and ate my bowl of chili and read the paper. When I went out to my bike,there they were.

I kindly explained to them that I had a 5 shot handgun in my pocket that was loaded with hollowpoints,and that I would gut shoot the first 5 that came at me,and then beat the last one to death with the gun.

I then told them to take their time making up what little minds they had,because I was in no hurry,and then sat down with my back to the brick wall and smiled at them.

For some odd reason they seemed to hear their mamas calling,and hauled ass.

Make no mistake about it. I WAS ready and willing to kill all 6 if push came to shove,but just didn't need the grief of being arrested and charge with multiple murders of teenage minorities,unlawful carrying of a gun,being ugly in a no-ugly zone,riding a Harley,etc,etc,etc if I could avoid it.

I was in my 30's then. I have a lot less to lose now. If I go to prison now the state has to pay my medical bills.

BTW,if any of you are ever in a similar situation,NEVER take your gun out if you can avoid doing so,and NEVER tell them if it is a revolver or a semi-auto. I say this because I personally know of one instance similar to mine where the punk that was trying to rob the guy went to the cops and reported the guy as trying to rob HIM at gunpoint. He ended up pretty much losing everything he had defending himself and avoiding going to prison.

I screwed up by saying 5-shot,but I didn't mention the caliber so most people would assume it was a 32 or a 38. It was a 44,and it didn't have hollowpoints. It had "Glasser Safety Slugs" (exploding bullets). They were sold and advertised as being safe to shoot in urban areas because they bullets virtually exploded when making a solid hit on anything substantial,instead of penetrating walls and killing innocents.

One exploding inside your stomach would pretty much guarantee you were going to have a bad day or days before you died,though.

Not really. I only lived about 4 or 5 blocks from the restaurant,and it wasn't unusual to hear automatic weapons fire at night. The cops wouldn't even come to armed robbery calls unless they had SWAT with them and several backup cars.

I stopped a supposed armed robbery at the liquor store about 20 yards away from the apartment I lived in one night by knocking the guy unconscious . Just sort of stumbled in on it,not knowing it was going on. The woman behind the counter shouted "He's got a gun! when I came in,and when the guy turned around I didn't have the time to draw mine from my pocket,so I just knocked him out.

Come to find out he was a homeless bum that didn't have a gun,and was faking a robbery so he could go to jail and get out of the snow. I felt kinda bad about hitting him when I found that out. Every winter there were drunks,druggies,and various assorted other homeless people found frozen to death in dumpsters. That's gotta be a tough way to go.

Anyhow,after hitting him I knew what would happen if I still had my 44 on me when the Denver cops showed up,so I gave it to the woman behind the counter and told her to hold it for me. I was a regular customer there,so this was no big deal.

When the cops got there the head detective had ME leaning against the counter off-balance while he searched me,and then gave me a big lecture about staying out of police business. He also ran a warrants check on me to see if I was wanted.

Seemed a LOT more concerned with busting my balls than he was locking up the actual robber.

They finally left,the woman gave me my gun back AND a free 5th of George Dickel,so I was happy.

I was always treated VERY well when I went there after that,too.
