Since I migrated 4um to its new home, the site has been basically working, except for the fact that new registrations have not been. I went to work on this earlier today but discovered that I'm unable to find a solution for getting it to send emails.

I hope to resolve this by upgrading it from Debian 8, which was the latest at migration time, to Debian 9. I consider this required, and will probably do it in the next day or two. 4um will be down for that duration though I don't expect it will take very long.

So... FYI!

Maybe when all is as it should be, we can start getting some new faces in here. Or maybe some old ones too. Thanks for the participation.

Thanks, Pinguinite. Really appreciate in particular that all the old material remains each time (i.e. so far same OS).

Thanks for your work and good luck with the upgrade.

Server has been upgraded from Debian 9 to Debian 10.

Now hopefully I can get the rest of the items fixed with the forum software.
