The Kurds are affiliated with PKK which is classified as a terrorist organization. Kurds just means Iranian nomads. They speak an Iranian dialect. There has never been a Kurdish
The word Kurd is Iranian for nomad. They are a minority in the area of Syria they invaded in behalf of the US and Israel. They were practicing genocide against the Syrian Muslims and Christians. They need to do that because the Kurds are a minority. Since the Turkish invasion, the Kurds have been cooperating with Syria which is protecting all Syrians (Kurds, Christians and Muslim Arabs.)
Saddam Hussein began his career as an assassin for the CIA. He was supplied chemical weapons by the US and other NATO countries. After the first Iraq war, the US troops blew up the evidence suffering from gas poisoning because the US military leaders did not let them wear gas masks.

The US has been supplying ISIS and Al Qaeda with weapons that killed Kurds, Christians and Muslims. When the Syrians defended Kurds, Christians and Muslims from the US mercenaries in ISIS and Al Qaeda the US bombed them. Ditto in Iraq. In 2014 Obama gave a green light to the invasion of Iraq to ISIS by giving them 400 trucks meeting US Special Forces specifications and by refusing to deliver jets Iraq had paid for. Obama also refused to let the USAF and Navy bomb the invading ISIS Army. This ISIS Army committed atrocities against Yazidis, Kurds and Iraqi Arabs. But you will never hear that in corporate Media.
The US needs to get out of Syria and Afghanistan. We have a $22 trillion national debt and pay $600 billion a year in interest on that debt. By 2024, all debt creation will go to interest on the debt. By 2028 the national debt will be $40 trillion and the interest at 10% would be greater than all revenues including Social Security taxes. (I prefer debt cancellation as did the Kings of Sumer and Babylon and the creation of a non-interest bearing currency like Lincoln's Greenbacks.)
In any event we won't have enough money to threaten anyone overseas for any reason so we might as well learn to get along with our neighbors.
