Do you remember Maplethorpe? He was the queer artiest who made a statue of Jesus and put him in a jar of his urine. He exhibited this atrocity in America. Christians did nothing. He announced an exhibit in London. But the gallery owner got a call from a Muslim immigrant. He said, "Jesus was a prophet of Islam. Do not slander a prophet of Islam." The exhibit was withdrawn. End of story.

Muslims believe Jesus is the Jewish Messiah. They also believe in Mary and the Virgin birth. They don't believe he died on the cross. They believe a friend took his place.
