Notes: Redox refers to charge on cells. The most important energy producer in your cell in the Mitochondria. Redox potential charge on membrane. Higher the charge on the membrane means the lower the PH gradient potential to move protons through it. Mitochondria selects electrons from food and protons from water. Those protons supply the energy to run biochemical processes throughout our whole body.

Redox is reduced by dehydration and non-native EMF. It releases Calcium which reduces Redox potential. Non-native EMF creates dehydration. Colder water has less Oxygen. Inflammation reduces Redox potential. Native EMF from this planet is 7.83. EMF beyond this range is harmful.
To raise Redox levels eat fewer carbs. Eat foods that are electron dense. Foods on his list offer Oxygen at cellular level.Make enough ATP to bind to proteins. Must also improve water chemistry.
