Does not mention which Cartel but based on past behavior it is the Zetas. The Mexican Army is in the pay of the Sinaloa Cartel so the Zetas attack the Army with impunity.

Dave Hodges at TheCommonSenseShow has been talking about the gangs, and the murder of the Mormans in Mexico. He says it is intended that the battles should spill over into the US.
