smirk looks as though he realizes the implications of making his bones, and can barely swallow it.
My impression as well. It could well be one of the few times in his presidency (perhaps in his life) where he may have felt a twinge of conscience. Too bad nothing good came of it.

His dad could have just been congratulating him on a nice speech, not on pulling off 9/11, which of course he didn't, he can't even pull off riding a bike or eating a pretzel, much less something as involved as 9/11. 9/11 was planned well before W was chosen to be the next president by the elite IMO. It would almost be funny hearing little W call himself the "war president" if weren't for so many people being killed by the elite controlled US military.
