An apple a day keeps the doctor away. I would combine this with HBOT (Hyperbaric oxygen therapy) which rejuvenates the cellular mitochondria.
I've been chewing and swallowing my 'golden delicious' seeds for decades because they have an absolutely delicious, sweet, spice-like taste that I can't quite compare to anything..... and I heard this exact type stuff in a rap session in a JBS bookstore in the late 80s.
Friends have said don't do it -- there's cyanide in them! ;)
USA! USA! USA! Bringing you democracy, or else! there were strains of VD that were incurable, and they were first found in the Philippines and then transmitted to the Korean working girls via US military. The 'incurables' we were told were first taken back to a military hospital in the Philippines to quietly die. 4um
Have you tried the treatment they demonstrate -- crushing it in a bowl etc?
Let me know sometime if you can identify the taste. It's a little like cinnamon, but it's not like cinnamon. I wouldn't call it an apple flavor, but maybe others would. .
It's really the undiscovered spice and should have numerous food applications. I'd grate it on salads but some people might be allergic.
For what it's not worth I'm finally buying some organic food -- apples. The poisons they spray on the others gave me too many hacking and retching fits.

The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable. ~ H. L. Mencken
