A man rode his bicycle up to what turned out to be an undercover police officer posing as a prostitute for a sting operation in southeast Albuquerque, KRQE-TV reported. The pair got to talking and after agreeing on terms and a price, 36-year-old Dominic Calderon asked for the officer's phone number because he wasn't going to have enough money until Friday, the station said, citing a criminal complaint. Such a deal
At that point, the undercover officer noticed Calderon was carrying a "To-Go" bag from Chili's, KRQE reported.
She asked Calderon what was in the bag, and he told the officer it was a hamburger, the station said.
With that, the officer told Calderon that her fee could be the burger and after Calderon agreed, he was arrested, KRQE reported.
It was one of 11 prostitution arrests made Jan. 28 along Central Avenue, the station said.
Not just any suspect
Police ran a check on Calderon and discovered he was a sex offender on probation, KRQE reported. The probation office confirmed Calderon's status with police, and his probation was revoked and upgraded to a felony warrant, the station added.
Oh, and that hamburger? KRQE said it indeed was tagged into evidence.

Legalize prostitution. Men like him aren't going to find regular women.
