I'll give it a shot -- where should we start?
Well..."Countries" are mind-constructs of geographical/physical constructs. What comprises a "country" anyway? According to Michael Savage, it's "Borders, Language, Culture." Do we even have an "American" culture anymore? (And when did it die? To what extent? WHY? If so, who's most responsible for killing it?)
"Great." As in "MAGA" (past/present/future) is relative, isn't it? *PART* of America is still "great, IMHO. When were we at our "greatest"? Was this the case during times when *we* as "Americans" were challenged to be our most self-sacrificing, fighting *for* each other, and most respecting our Maker?
Is it any coincidence that America as a nation and culture has devolved as our institutions have ousted The Creator, then ridiculed Him and The Good Book's guidance from the Public Square? (Arguably since the early 1960s)
Even if we all acknowledge and concede that America has been "great" or even a "good" nation since 1776, much of that was based on morality and ethics. (Yes, as in a "Christian Nation." Even if one is NOT a Christian.)
America was no longer is "great," nor "good," nor a "Christian Nation" -- as 0bama boasted. Could THIS kind of open disdain of America from a US President help explain why an evil has been both mainstreamed AND acceptable?
HOW, WHEN, and WHY did people and the "Powers That Be" AND our culture become so evil these days? (some say God/Good and Satan/Evil exist, that this life has *always* been more of a spiritual battle. Ergo, we must find our purpose or meaning within *that* paradigm.)
