The US Constitution is indeed already superseded and stomped on by Agenda 21/30 (which has its own "Constitution.") It's not like they've been hiding this; The New World Order/ One World Govt is actively being implemented yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Our politicians have sold us out. Before our very eyes, in the open. Folks, you can start watching anywhere in this vid, but at 59:00 mark, you get the pure gist of the agenda: Full and absolute central control over every facet of life. BTW, it is now Agenda 30.
