Joe Biden let the cat out of the bag on his running mate with this announcement

Joe Biden’s nomination as the Democrat candidate for President is a mere formality.

At this point there is only one question hanging over the race. And Joe Biden let the cat out of the bag on his running mate with this announcement.

Joe Biden dominated the headlines coming out of the last Democrat Presidential debate by announcing his intention to nominate a woman as his Vice Presidential running mate.

“If I’m elected president, my cabinet, my administration will look like the country,” Joe Biden declared. “I commit that I will, in fact, pick a woman to be my vice president.”

“There are a number of women who are qualified to be president tomorrow,” the former Vice President continued. “I would pick a woman to be my vice president.”

The names that floated to the top of the list of potential running mates were Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, Stacey Abrams and Val Demmings.

Demmings, Harris, and Abrams are black women, which would allow Biden to check two boxes on the identity politics wish list for the Left.

With Biden and Sanders emerging as the final two candidates for the nomination there was little doubt that whoever won the nomination would choose a woman running mate.

After Hillary Clinton’s two failed Presidential campaigns many female Democrat voters came to the conclusion that the country would never elect a woman President.

That helped explain why Warren’s campaign failed to achieve liftoff once the voting began.

Biden promising to pick a woman running mate is his effort to keep far-left feminists – many of whom did not support his campaign in the primary – on board for the general election.

Will this strategy work?

The Vice Presidential nominee usually ends up being inconsequential to voters.

Americans vote based on the top of the ticket.

But with Biden’s advanced age meaning he is likely to only serve one term the selection of his Vice Presidential running mate could inherit the Presidency should Biden choose to step down to allow his successor to run as an incumbent in 2024.

What, no comment, B? OK.

There's one name blindingly omitted.

I feel so let down, I thought Andrew Gillum was going to be the punchline.

I find Harris the most screamingly funny. The uncertain, guilty, fearful, insecure mien topped by a voice quivering as if a terr'ist is pointing a gun at her -- could you ever imagine a country headed by such a fool?

Because of such extreme idiocy -- alI because somebody's afraid to be called 'racist' -- I figure even our victim countries have to be laffing at us.

If Biden picks Amy Klobuchar as his running mate and, after beating Trump, dies of the Coronavirus, then she would become AK-47

I think I read both her parents are, but maybe just one. Perhaps that at least shows a virtue of independent thinking.

She's been in public life her entire adult life. I hope that after this run is through this year, she'll open her own business and gain some experience in the private sector. Being a business owner would give her some new perspectives.

My money's on Clinton. The democrats have the numbers -- Hildebeast got a couple million more popular votes than Trump (by our masters' count anyway) -- and since the last election millions more immigrants' children and brainwashed millennials will be voting. All embrace socialism. Many believe that voting for Trump would be racist, which is of course the unpardonable sin that they believe God accidentally omitted from the Decalogue. They don't believe in free speech; they openly and unashamedly opine that speech that offends someone should be prohibited, and violators imprisoned, just like in Canada and Europe where the Jews' program is a little farther along than it is here in the U.S.S.A.

The manufactured hysteria over the coronavirus and the stock market crash will help the democrats.

I'm still betting that Clinton will end up with the nomination, and that she'll also win the general election. I gave my dad 2:1 odds on that, and he said, "Put me down for 10 dollars."

Horse believes that lots of blacks will vote for Trump, but I'm not convinced of that.

Are you aware of what black voters have said after eight years of Obama in the Oval Office? They have been saying, "After eight years of Obama, we are no better off than before."

Under Trump the black unemployment rate has fallen. But that decline started under Obama. It has kept pace tho, despite other unemployment numbers.

I will post an article for everyone on this subject soon. ;)

Nevertheless, I'm reading that 88-90% of blacks voted for Hillary Clinton against Donald Trump in 2016.

I love to probe people's thoughts wherever I go, esp. in iffy or diversity-laden spots. One day at the soup kitchen where many were resenting my anti-Obongo bumper sticker I asked a negro "Well, what has he actually done for your people?" He, sitting on a log in the front yard, bitterly muttered "Obama ain't worth ****".

But it's a sure thing he voted voted for Hellary in '16.

Incidentally I couldn't tell from scanning the article or this page -- who is going to be Bidet's running mate?

This election in November will have the highest national voter turn out ever. There's little argument about that, I think. Trump is the most polarizing president ever, with the possible exception of Linocoln who's election factored into the war between the states.

In Trump's favor, he's getting incredible turnout for the primaries even though he's an incumbent, so there's lots of enthusiasm from supporters. But yes, he has detractors as well. I agree the state of the economy is a major factor.

Polls show no enthusiasm for Democrat voters. Their candidate has dementia. And Hillary might run. That will motivate Republicans and get Bernie votes to chant "Lock her up" as they did at the 2016 DNC convention.

She stole 8 million votes. Trump won amongst American citizens but Hillary is popular with illegal aliens. We need a revolution to set things straight in this country. Trump is doing well amongst minorities. There is a cure for the coronavirus so that should not be a problem. And Hillary is in bad shape physically.

That's pretty close, within an order of magnitude.

Assuming a geometric sequence that drops 1.25%/year (-5% from 2012 to 2016) and about 14 million blacks voted democrat in in 2016, it would take 1308 years before the last black voter stopped voting democrat. That would be the year 3324.
