So , NY is among one of the state's locked down yesterday. School and administrative closings had already begun Monday but Friday is when it all went live and large. In my small town of less than a thousand people it has gotten super quiet. Much more than normal. For the most part. My apartment building is full of assholes that give no shits about quarantines and lock downs and are treating this all as vacation time. In and out all hours of the day and night. If their is covid in our particular area of Clinton County they are doing their best to find it and bring it back with them.
As it stands , media says clinton has 3 cases and Essex has one. My small town is on the border of both. Buses normally connect all us rural folks but that's done for now. Them Amish are gonna be staying on their farms for awhile.
On a personal note... I was looking forward to three weeks in summer time with my boy. Now ...who knows. Hopefully that pqq anti malaria drug is as legit as it is being hyped up to be.
