Kudlow suggests incentivizing US companies to leave China

National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow has suggested the U.S. look into more ways to get American companies who have moved production to China to come back to the U.S. FOX Business’ Blake Burman with more.

But does Kudlow realize those companies might not return because of excessive regulations by EPA and OSHA?
