They wrote to me and sent me a video. I posted this at the video site and sent a copy as a letter to Helen who organized the webinar. I came across your Farming Secrets webinar series while searching for information on Dr Arden Andersen MD who also has a PhD in biophysics and was interested mostly in agriculture and raising the nutritional benefits of food to improve human health. He lectured in Australia. He wrote some expensive books on human health and on agriculture. One of his innovations was magnetism. By increasing the mineral content of crops to very high levels he made our plants subject to paramagnetism which is the ability to attract magnetic energy which he claims allows plants to grow faster. I would like to start a market garden. I think I would begin by raising worms and feeding them rock dust to increase paramagnetism, coffee grounds to produce nitrogen, sterilized and pulverized eggshells to produce calcium to produce the enzyme chitinase from chitin which eats the exoskeletons of aphids. I would also give them cardboard so they could make the enzyme cellulase from the cellulose so plants can use it for digestion. I would need to feed the worms compost with both bacterial and fungal elements which will get into the innards of the worms which helps them to digest our compost pile making for far superior worm castings. Biochar is recommended for the worms. It stores tremendous amounts of water and soil biology. I remember a YouTube documentary Terra Preta (Brazilian Portuguese for dark earth. Garden stores in Brazil harvest the top soil from Biochar based gardens planted over 700 years ago by Indians along the banks of rivers. The soil is that good. I would hope the series has someone who does raise worms and makes compost. Dr Elaine Ingham gave many lectures in Australia. She had one lecture in which he talked about increasing the profits of ranchers an average of $200,000 a year by composting. She found two brothers who came and made compost by the the tens of tons on ranches which was then applied to the soil. Her ranchers were able to graze ten times a year. I have several files with notes on my computer. It will take me a second to find the link to her lecture. Compost tea and compost have to be checked under a microscope to see what you are applying. Microscope.net Another stray note here on Roundup which contains Glyphosate It binds with manganese which is needed for photosynthesis and makes Mn into an unavailable form. Phosphorous is needed for energy transport. Mg, n, Fe needed for chlorophyll. Mn needed for photosynthesis.Mn deficient in soil due to Glyphosate. I mentioned Dr Arden Andersen. The link below is to I hope currently active group in Australia to whom he gave a lecture many years ago. Dr Arden Andersen https://seaagri.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/arden_anderson_interview.pdf clay and Ca Mg cations. Clay aging is caused by Potassium Chloride and anhydrous ammonia. Too much molasses causes fermentation, alcohol depletes Ca. If matter is attracted to a magnet, it is said to be paramagnetic. If the matter is repelled, it is said to be diamagnetic. ... While many materials are paramagnetic, it is the highly magnetic volcanic rock that is used as the soil additive and conditioner. This demo of oxygen being paramagnetic is great so far so scientific. Compounds can change this water is diamagnetic although H2O is clearly contains oxygen.https://www.richardmudhar.com/blog/2015/07/paramagnetic-soil-ponderings-and-perambulations/ I believe in seed soaking. I am told that soaking seeds cuts the number of days to maturity. This is important to avoid bad weather losses and to increase the number of crops you can plant in a year if you used seed soaking and transplanting (before day 20) to grow multiple crops in the same field. Gabe Brown said that soil biology warms the soil so we can extend our growing season in cold weather. It also allows us to receive sudden torrential downpours without drowning our fields. He has worms and soil biology and roots 4 feet underground so his fields can stand up to lots of rain in less than an hour. His neighbors with conventional Ag are still trying to dry their fields from last years floods. He was able to harvest his crops. See this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vx6gxTa8SRM&t=1061s I would like to add some elements to the seed soaking solution to boost germination and plant health but have no experience with that now. Hopefully, the benefits of paramagnetism will apply to minerals that have been amino acid chelated by the worms for the benefit of the plants. Plants have 10,000 enzymes to build and break down things. Any enzyme activity from the worms benefits the plants who have that much less to do which allows the plant more time to do more advanced work. Like I said. I have been studying for the past couple of years. Can't afford some of those expensive books and that microscope plus the course work from Dr Ingham. But I have my hopes. I also learned a lot from this free series of scientific based agriculture lectures. Advancing Eco Agriculture. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRApdrU3BA0Pzo6MNWTD2jg Also learned a lot here for free: Living Web Farms https://www.youtube.com/user/livingwebfarms I guess I left enough info to introduce myself.
