Nunes is one of the good guys, and whyever would any productive citizen want to stay in CA?
The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable. ~ H. L. Mencken
Wow -- good on him for this. Has he done anything else of merit?
I just left this pungent YT comment -- the boldfaced stuff:

Another great exposé, great man -- but where are these states that weren't locked down? It's just another popular myth for the collection. Google LOCKDOWN HISTORY BY STATE and what do you find? This from wsj.com about the supposed rebel state of Arkansas:
"Gatherings: 10-person limit; doesnt apply to unenclosed outdoor spaces or places of worship.
"Businesses: Gym and entertainment venues are closed. Hotels, motels and vacation rentals are restricted to authorized guests.
"Beaches/parks: State parks are open with physical distancing and limited camping."
The ONLY difference is whether a particular governor ever made the lockdown official. I'm not seeing that it's any real difference.
It's just one more layer of BS on the mile-high pile of it that any states have remained free. We are going to drown in the stuff if we don't watch out.
USA! USA! USA! Bringing you democracy, or else! there were strains of VD that were incurable, and they were first found in the Philippines and then transmitted to the Korean working girls via US military. The 'incurables' we were told were first taken back to a military hospital in the Philippines to quietly die. 4um
