The MSM cannot understand why the markets haven't fallen during the riots. It fell during the pandemic but it is now moving up. The economy is getting back on its feet, the interest rates were brought down during the pandemic and now we see mortgage apps have surged. The St. Louis Fed put out a paper, to get a V recovery we will need to go to negative rates.

I suppose that would be similar to the price of oil being below $50/bbl since that is considered to be the break even price. ;)
