Blacks are 700 times more likely to be killed by a black man than by a cop.
Blacks with 2 parents and a library card are not discriminated against but they do make more money than the average white. Blacks who don't have 2 parents and don't care about reading are discriminated against.

Is it discrimination when they're generally less qualified for jobs, when they generally lower property values on moving into a naberhood in any numbers etc., Horse -- or just inarguable reality?
