Vitamin K2 works with Vitamin D. Other studies of patients in an ICU Vs others in better shape revealed that deficiencies in Vitamins C and D-3 made the patient sicker. Also Selenium, a mineral and co-factor for Vitamin E, also seemed to help patient response.
