Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), a group of non-profits and individuals petitioned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to end the addition of fluoridation chemicals into drinking water due to fluoride's neurotoxicity. The EPA rejected the petition. In response, the groups are suing the EPA in Federal Court. Declarations from our 4 witnesses:

We have prepared this Press Kit to provide background information on the trialin which plaintiffs seek to prohibit the addition of fluoridation chemicals to public water systems in the U.S. due to the neurotoxicity of fluoride.

Neurotoxicity is a hazard of fluoride exposure This hazard exists at the doses ingested in fluoridated areas The risk is unreasonable.
