"I have proudly proclaimed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders. And that Mexican migrants are an important, a very important part of it...."For that reason, my government proposed a constitutional amendment to allow any Mexican, with the right and the desire to acquire another nationality, without being forced to first give up his or her Mexican nationality. (Cheering and applause) Fortunately, the amendment was passed almost unanimously by our federal congress and is now part of our constitution."

Z-Z-Z-e-d...

And what did Zedillo have to say when all the Mexicans yelled "Osama! Osama! Osama!" as the U.S. soccer team left the field?

I remember this from back then. It was a proclamation that Mexicans would now be considered dualloyalists.

So, we've been subverted by the Israeli dual loyalists and also by the Mexicans.

As for me, I would make them all walk the plank. Aye, matey, feed 'em to the sharks. ;0)

Thanks for the link, all the ones I found were "dead".

Did you notice that the illegals were given beautiful, new American flags for today. I guess they finally realized those Mexican flags were a PR mistake.

Do you consider the illegal aliens an attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions.

If yes:

Wa r Powers Resolution of 1973
(c) The constitutional powers of the President as Commander-in-Chief to introduce United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, are exercised only pursuant to (1) a declaration of war, (2) specific statutory authorization, or (3) a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

I remember reading this story about a former Mexican President back in the 1990s. When he was 14 years old, a future President of Mexico received a rifle for his birthday present. He chased after the maid's 13 year-old daughter, shot her and killed her. He was never arrested. The parents of the maid were just told to bury her. And the anazing thing was that he was elected President of Mexico. I also read at the time that the President of Mexico got one billion dollars inbribes in 6 years. Do any of you remember his name? I also remember the following happening in 1994. An archbishop of the Catholic church was shot 44 times. A group of two men were on each side of his car at the Guadalajara airport. He was about to make a speech from the pulpit denouncing drug dealers. The 4 men opened fire with 45 caliber handguns and shot him 44 times. The plane to Tijuana was held for two of the men so they could fly home after shooting the archbishop. Neither of the 2 men were detained or even questioned when they arrived at Tijuana. The President of Mexico said that the two groups of men were drug gang rivals who were attempting to shoot at each other. That all 44 bullets only hit the archbishop and none hit their "targets" was just some sort of fluke. To the credit of the Mexican press the President of Mexico had to retract his original explanation and say it was two gangs joining forces to kill the cleric who had condemned drug runners. My conclusion is that the Mexican press might just be better than America's. Maybe if they pass amnmesty we can get their reporters to go work for NBC and the NY Times for ten bucks an hour. They would probably do a better job. I might even subscribe. If this forum had a poll option (which it should not have), we could run a poll on which man is a better President, Fox or Bush? Who has a better press, Mexico or Los Estados Unidos? I can't decide between Fox and Bush. But my money is on the Mexican press. I heard a California farmer who had to speak fluent Spanish for his business say that when he wanted to have real news, he had to turn on the Spanish channel.

My Puerto Rican mother-in-law is a TV news junkie. She likes Fox -- and the Spanish-language news, which addresses many things HonkieVision doesn't, e.g. the Mexican illegals, whom she does not like at all.

She likes the telenovelas though.

We clearly see a link among the groups of protesters. They are well organized and funded, just as the groups of youths involved in the color revolutions of Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia, etc.

We are seeing an instant replay of those events beginning to unfold in this country, but how many of the sheeple are aware of even 10% of it? :-(

I heard a California farmer who had to speak fluent Spanish for his business say that when he wanted to have real news, he had to turn on the Spanish channel.

This is not surprising. It's roughly similar to the rest of the press throughout the world today.

We should ask Neil if he notices a difference in the media in South America.

From what little I am able to grasp, just with the situation in Venezuela and related situations, the difference is quite pronounced.

I don't remember his name, but I never heard these stories (thanks for sharing). All I've heard is that there are generations of exclusive wealth in Mexico and that they run everything. Border towns are having a real tough time with the drug lords. And this meth that is devastating our heartland now, is all made in state-of-the-art drug labs in Mexico.

My spanish is not nearly good enough to understand the news myself, and most all of my news comes from 4um. But I did see an investigative news segment yesterday about organ trafficing. Seems they nailed a doctor for posing as a priest to entice people to donate livers solely in exchange for heavenly blessings. The doctor/priest would supposedly get $900K, an especially enormous sum here.
