Then she needs to buy a pistol and learn how to use it.
OK, so she does what you say: Please select outcome -
A. Displays firearm to protect herself from threat (Like the couple in St Louis who are about to be charged).
Outcome: Escapes unharmed. Is prosecuted. Expends all resources in defense. Ten years in prison.
B. Displays firearm to protect herself from threat, hesitates for a second. Firearm taken away.
Outcome: Beaten or shot with own firearm. Dead or gravely injured.
C. Discharges firearm to protect herself. Wounds or kills attacker.
Outcome: Escapes unharmed. Is prosecuted. Lifetime of survivor guilt. Expends all resources in defense. Lifetime in prison.
D. Denied permission to obtain firearm.
Outcome: Life time of fear. High probability of death/loss by BLM/ANTIFA doxxing.
The federal government has one job. To protect this country. They are the only ones with a "license to kill."
It's long past time for it to "get in the killing zone" and end this problem once and for all. Survivors declared terrorists, renditioned and disposed of.
"...JUST IN: St. Louis attorneys Mark and Patricia McCloskey release a statement, through an attorney, saying they support Black Lives Matter and they acted lawfully on their property. The couple, through their attorney, says "the agitators responsible for the trepidation were white"..."
"...We asked a legal expert if the couple who pulled out guns during a protest in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis could be charged with a crime. He's says it's unlikely.@PJKSDK explains why..."
"... So it turns out the gun-toting couple:
-Supports BLM -Are Democrats -Are representing a victim of police brutality.
The media is going to have a hard time comprehending this since they spent all of last night and this morning smearing them. https://t.co/FCfrlclXm1 pic.twitter.com/FfRxl3CHdP Benny (@bennyjohnson) June 29, 2020..."
"...The memes from this incident have been nothing short of epic, but you cannot blame the McCloskeys and theyre not going to be the only ones who react this way when left-wing goons trespass onto peoples property. For weeks, weve had a left-wing mob loot, vandalize, and assault police in cities across the country in the wake of the officer-involved fatality of George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25. New York City was mayhem. Minneapolis all but burned to the ground. The scariest aspect is that the police seemed powerless to contain the riots. Even in Minneapolis, a National Guard presence did little to bring law and order to the situation. With these hooligans running wild, its absolutely within the right of law-abiding citizenry to protect their lives, their homes, and their property from these thugs. Charges against Mr. McCloskey are not expected...."
"...now police have said theyre looking at possible charges of trespass and fourth degree assault with intimidation, not for the couple, but for the protesters..."
"... Police are continuing the investigate the incident on Portland Place but are labeling it as a case of trespassing and fourth-degree assault by intimidation.
Meanwhile, were the couple, as they stood on their own property, within their rights to point weapons at protesters? Gun rights advocates say yes. A police spokesperson said to ask the courts.
Anders Walker, a constitutional law professor at St. Louis University, said that although its very dangerous to engage protesters with guns, the homeowners broke no laws by brandishing or pointing weapons at them because Portland Place is a private street. He said they are legally protected by Missouris Castle Doctrine, which allows people to use deadly force to defend private property.
The protesters thought they had a right to protest, Walker said. But as a technical matter, they were not allowed to be there Its essentially a private estate. If anyone was violating the law, it was the protesters. In fact if (the McCloskeys) have photos of the protesters, they could go after them for trespassing.
So the law is on the side of the homeowners and the protesters who broke the law could be in trouble.
But they do have one big thing on their side.
Thats the prosecutor, if police thought charges worthy based on the facts against the prosecutors.
Heres what the Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner immediately said about the incident before a lot of the facts were in....
She immediately went after the couple, even calling it an assault. We shouldnt be surprised if she tries to go after the couple anyway, even if the law appears to be on their side.
Gardner was one of the many prosecutors/district attorneys supported in her candidacy by George Soros and his goal of radically reforming the criminal justice system. "
I wouldn't be surprised if they have hired an armed guard by now.
Their place is not my style, normally, but I can't get over how beautiful it is.
Now I'm seeing more of the outside. Wow. And she looks so unassuming lol coming out with that little derringer or whatever it is. I love the 2nd Amendment but have never been much on guns. What IS that thing? I can't stop laughing. They are some of my new heroes. Bonnie and Clyde of the mansion set. hahahaha.
