On Tuesday, a photographer in Virginia filed suit against the Virginia Attorney General and the Director of the Virginia Division of Human Rights and Fair Housing to challenge a law that took effect Wednesday that forbids him from publicly explaining on his studio’s own website the religious reasons why he will only celebrate wedding ceremonies between a man and a woman.

I find it odd they want Chris Herring to create web content that shows why he disagrees with something he does not disallow in his business, i.e. he has not disqualified gay marriage or taking photographs of the weddings.

I think the state of Virginia is making mountains out of mole hills on this. ;)
