What's the worst that would happen if he just made a speech ordering all mask-wearing, social distancing and other C-19 nonsense to stop nationwide -- "everybody back to work that still has a job" et al? In Chile people are only allowed to leave their homes ONCE PER WEEK and have to have a govt permission slip! Outrageous considering Chile was one of the most promising expat destinations as escape from Babylon AmeriKa. Other countries just ape the US -- a friend in Panama admitted this.
