That is just plain dumb.
At least the nursing home should have enough sense to hire people who can speak the native tongue. ;)

Labor shortages are severe in Sweden. I subscribe to an Englishman who owns a farm in Sweden. He gets high quality building materials because nobody will hire someone to haul things away.
