HCQ is not available over the counter in the US so I have developed my own protocol for prevention. I am constantly being exposed to unhealthy individuals but I never get the flu. But then I avoid all flu shots and vaccines.
Daily I take 10 milligrams of zinc in my twice daily fermented multi-vitamin which includes vitamin K-2. I take 60 milligrams of zinc daily for a total of 70 five days a week. Twice a week I take an extra 200 milligrams of zinc. Zinc is a positive ion and sits there in the blood until HCQ, Quercetin or Green Tea Extract (ECGC) takes the zinc past the lipid barrier of the cell wall to the inside the cell where the zinc stops the virus from replicating so it dies off. So that is 270 mg of zinc 2 days a week and 70 mg 5 days a week.
I take one 250 milligram capsule of Quercetin daily. It has 700 milligrams of vitamin C. On the two days that I take 270 milligrams of zinc I also take 250 milligrams of ECGC.
I take 4,000 IU of vitamin D-3 daily. I also take liposomal vitamin C which raises blood levels of C. I also take C as part of B-complex which I take twice daily. I do take a twice daily multi-vitamin that also has C.
B-Complex, probiotics and a high fiber diet combine to build a gut barrier which prevents pathogens from harming your body. Dr Rhonda Patrick has spoken of building a gut barrier. B-Complex is water soluble and does not stay in the body more than 4 hours.
This standard kind of C is limited in absorption by something called a Sodium Dependent Vitamin C Transporter. I get that old fashioned kind of C five times a day.
Endothelial cells cover the inner surface of the blood vessel including the capillaries, while the epithelial cells cover the inner surface of the internal organs and the outer surface of the human body. I think liposomal C works well there but I am not a doctor.
Quercetin is a type of flavonoid antioxidant. Quercetin is anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antiviral.
EGCG,(epigallocatechin gallate, is a type of polyphenol antioxidant. It is a catechin, a type of flavonoid). ECGC has metal-chelating abilities. May help reduce development of cancer, diabetes, heart disease and neurodegenerative disorders.
