I was sitting in a court room here in Missouri with a buddy. He had graduated law school in California but could not get his bar card because of child support.

While sitting in the court room, the Prosecutor wanted to arraign this guy who was not there.

The Judge knew that I knew my stuff. He said, "Mr. B, can we arraign this gentleman if He is NOT here?"

I said, "No sir. He HAS TO BE HERE in order to arraign him."

That Prosecutor got egg on his face. ROTFLMAO!
