Warner Media Begins Investigation Into TOXIC Ellen DeGeneres Work Culture

(ConservativePeak.com)- You’ve no doubt seen all the recent reports about Ellen DeGeneres and how, behind closed doors, she is an angry and bitter boss. Reports from current and former employees suggest that the workplace is hostile, toxic, and has even been racist in some instances – and it looks like Warner Media has seen all the same reports we have.

Warner Media has begun an investigation into The Ellen DeGeneres Show to examine these claims and see if they hold weight. Variety reports that executives from Telepictures, the company responsible for producing the Ellen Show, sent a memo to staffers last week explaining how Warner Media will be sending in the employee relations division and a third-party human relations firm to interview former and current members of staff at the show. They will be asked about their experiences working on the show.

At the beginning of July, Buzzfeed published a report following a series of interviews with former employees of the Ellen Show. The report said that former employees were subject to rude and insensitive comments relating to their race and that others were fired after returning from a mental health facility. Another person was reportedly warned after publishing a GoFundMe campaign to help pay for their medical costs that weren’t covered by the insurance policy offered to employees by the show.

An African American woman told Buzzfeed that whenever she brought up problems with her white boss, he would randomly talk about his black friends and stories relating to his relationship with them. She said that the boss would “use his black friend as some way to say, ‘I understand your struggle.’”

Can you imagine working in a place like that?

The person who was fired after spending a month at a mental health facility was absent after attempting to commit suicide. Instead of being welcomed back with open arms, they returned to find their position had been removed and they no longer had a job.

In a joint statement, the executive producers of the show, Ed Glavin, Mary Connely, and Andy Lassner apologized.

“We are truly heartbroken and sorry to learn that even one person in our production family has had a negative experience,” they said. “It’s not who we are and not who we strive to be, and not the mission Ellen has set for us.”

So why did they do it?

In general, lesbians are angry mean people. One told me that many lesbian relationships have violent episodes.

When I lived in Chicago there was a gay bar and a lesbian bar two blocks apart. I stayed away from both places since those dykes would whip my butt too.

When I was making deliveries for the fag florist on north side, I was making a delivery near Clark, Broadway and Diversey. This was the neighborhood the fags hung out.

I spotted a drag queen. I said, "I know what you are!"

He, she, it responded, "You bitch!"

They definitely do not like it when you spot them. ROTFLOL
