My mother passed away the 1st of August. The house sure seems empty without her but I know she is in a far better place and will never be sick or hurt again. Love you mom, RIP.

Thoughts and prayers up for you and your family.

Give thanks she's in her eternal, Heavenly home.

I'm sorry for your troubles and loss. May she rest in peace. There seems to be some grace for those not here to see the destruction of their country. God bless you James.

My condolences, James.

My poor mother is dead for many years now. She would not take care of herself and watch her blood pressure. It got her kidneys. She died from complications from kidney disease. ;-/

My mother passed away the 1st of August.

So sorry to learn of your loss, James. My mother passed in August of 2014.

If anybody missed it, be sure to click on the link in the article.

I have a stone plaque for my mother on my desk that reads:

It broke my heart
to lose you,
but you didn't go alone,
part of me went with you,
the day God called
you home.

Godspeed, James.

What a beautiful poem, thanks so much.

I only know you as a true poster and an honest man, James

However, I share in your grief. I have gone through the loss of both parents in the last years, and know what you have to bear.

Bless you James, and bless your mother.

My condolences, James. Take comfort knowing that she is safe in the arms of Jesus, where God shall wipe away all tears from her eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, nor pain.

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. - John 11:25-26

Give thanks she's in her eternal, Heavenly home.

Yes, for that I am very thankful. Knowing that she will never again have any sickness or pain and knowing that when my time is up I will see her again and never have to say goodbye means the world to me.

Thank you my friend. Mom was seeing the destruction going on all around us and she was not happy about it. But she understood that it was signs of the times and she was ready to go to her eternal home.

Thank you randge. I appreciate that very much and know how it feels to have to give up both parents. My dad died in 2002, just a few days after my 50th birthday. I thought I was prepared because he had been sick for a long time but even if you can accept it intellectually, emotionally is a different story. But I am grateful that God gave me 50 years with my dad and almost 69 with my mom.
